Hisham Issa

General Manager Modification & Manufacturing RMA Automotive Middle East & Africa

Hisham heads up the Dubai Modification Center, RMA Automotive’s newest manufacturing and distribution facility in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone. Hisham, a Turkish national, has worked his entire professional career in the UAE and has a wealth of vehicle manufacturing experience. Prior to joining RMA, Hisham spent over 14 years with a group of companies that are market leaders in fire protection, health & safety and security systems as well as fire-fighting equipment. During this time he was responsible for sales and marketing, design, production, supply chain, quality, after-sales and customer service. Hisham has exceptional and long standing relations with numerous global automotive OEMs.

Hisham completed his MBA through Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019

Cesar EL Berjaoui

Field Service & Technical Support Manager

Cesar EL Berjaoui is a Field Service & Technical Support Manager with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. His work focuses on sales & aftersales operations, technical support, training, and fleet services across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Since joining RMA Automotive, he has been responsible for building and managing field service programs, setting up technical standards, and leading training and support for various markets and customers. He works closely with OEMs, government bodies, and international organizations to ensure that vehicles and services meet both operational and regulatory requirements.

Cesar EL Berjaoui has a strong background in sales and aftersales, supporting the company’s service quality and customer satisfaction across different regions.

Mohammad Abujuma

Sales Manager RMA Automotive Middle East & Africa

Mohammad Abujuma is a Sales Manager with over 9 years of experience in the commercial vehicles industry across the Middle East and Africa. He leads regional sales efforts for specialized vehicle conversions, including ambulances, mining vehicles, security and utility vehicles, and engineering solutions.

With a background in mechanical engineering, Mohammad brings technical insight into every project ensuring that customer requirements are fully understood and translated into tailored, cost-effective solutions. His expertise spans key account management, business development, and tender management, supporting RMA’s mission to deliver reliable, mission-ready vehicles.

Before joining RMA, Mohammad held senior sales roles at leading manufacturers in UAE, where he worked closely with engineering and production teams to deliver customized vehicle solutions for public and private sector clients.
