RMAA MEA Team Completed EnduroCo 4×4 Kit Installation Training on Toyota Hiace

RMAA MEA is thrilled to share that our engineering team has successfully completed comprehensive technical training on the installation of the EnduroCo 4×4 Conversion Kit for the Toyota Hiace van. This achievement marks a significant step forward in our capability to deliver advanced 4×4 vehicle conversions across the Middle East & Africa region.
The training covered all critical aspects of the 4×4 kit installation, including:

• Front and Rear Suspension Upgrades
• Modification of the Rear Differential
• Replacement of the Front Subframe and Steering Rack System
• Installation of the Transfer Case and Driveshafts (front & rear, including shaft balancing)

A major focus was also placed on quality assurance, with a dedicated four-phase Quality Check process introduced to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.

• Initial Drive Test – Assessing abnormal noises, drivability, and balance.
• Underbody Inspection – Verifying correct installation of components, brake line routing, fluid levels, and ensuring there are no leaks.
• Torque Check – All critical bolts and nuts are checked against a predefined torque list, with paint marked verification.

Upon successfully completing the EnduroCo 4×4 Conversion Kit training, all participated engineers received Certificates of Completion. Additionally, RMAA MEA’s Dubai Modification Centre (DMC) was also awarded a Quality Certificate, officially recognizing our team’s capability to install the EnduroCo 4×4 Conversion Kit for Toyota HiAce with certified standards.
