Roll Over Protection Systems (ROPS) are critical safety features designed to protect vehicle occupants in the event of a rollover. These systems are essential for maintaining occupant survival space without affecting the vehicle’s center of gravity or cabin space. Engineered from lightweight, high tensile, Cold Drawn (CD) tube, ROPS are manufactured using the latest Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) mandrel bending technology. Roll overs can occur due to speed, cornering, or driver inexperience. These accidents can happen to even the most experienced drivers at any time and on any surface.
Minecorp, a proud member of the RMA Group based in Australia, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing automotive modification solutions for commercial fleets. With a focus on innovation, compliance, and tailored build specifications, Minecorp ensures that their products meet client-specific requirements and operating environments. They are dedicated to maintaining healthy and safe working conditions, practices, procedures, and systems for all employees and third parties associated with their products and services. Minecorp’s ROPS help maintain occupant survival space without affecting the vehicle’s center of gravity or cabin space. They comply with the Australian National Code of Practice (LH8, LK9, and installed in compliance with LK10) and feature integrated head impact padding made from self-extinguishing and odorless polyurethane, meeting the performance criteria of the Australian Design Rules (ADR).
Through dedicated research and development, Minecorp designs and manufactures products that comply with all relevant ADR and manufacturing standards. Their products are engineered from high-quality raw materials, independently tested in third-party laboratories for compliance and safety. Welding exceeds the requirements of Australian Standard 1554.1.2004, and independent validation is conducted. Minecorp ROPS do not interfere with the vehicle’s original functionality. All new vehicles with airbags are tested by Minecorp engineers to ADR72/00 Dynamic Side Impact Occupant Protection to ensure the ROPS do not interfere with the operation of the airbags or triggering devices.
Internal ROPS are installed within the vehicle’s cabin to maintain occupant survival space without affecting the vehicle’s center of gravity or cabin space. Engineered from lightweight, high tensile, Cold Drawn (CD) tube, Minecorp’s ROPS Internal 4 Point and 6 Point systems are manufactured using the latest Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) mandrel bending technology. Roll overs can occur due to speed, cornering, or driver inexperience. These accidents can happen to even the most experienced drivers at any time and on any surface.
Minecorp has designed and manufactured an external roll over protection system that not only helps maintain the occupants’ survival space but does not affect the vehicle’s center of gravity or inhibit the occupants’ cabin space. The external ROPS is mounted to the chassis at four points and incorporates provisions for high lights, work lights, beacons, tie-down bars, flags, and aerials. These systems comply with the Australian National Code of Practice (LH8, LK9, and installed in compliance with LK10).
Each ROPS is precision-assembled in Minecorp’s advanced jigs and welded by trade-qualified professionals. Featuring Minecorp’s proprietary coupler and high-impact padding, their ROPS deliver maximum occupant protection while meeting the stringent performance requirements of the Australian Design Rules (ADR).
Minecorp manufactures these ROPS in its factory in Brisbane and exports them to MEA to be installed in the Dubai Modification Center for RMAA MEA’s customers in the Middle East and Africa.
